Planning Approval in Hoo

Another great end to a working week for Team Esquire – and this week it for the Land & Planning Team.

We are pleased to announce that our mixed-use scheme to the south of the village of Hoo, Medway for 134 dwellings, children’s nursery, community cafe and office space was approved by Medway Council Planning Committee this week.

The scheme delivers much needed homes in the area as well as other community uses, including the reimagining of the Hoo Stop Line – an anti-tank ditch created to defend the area in World War II. With thanks to all our consultants who worked with us to achieve this great result.
