Our Managing Director Meets With The Prime Minister

Important Conversations for the Future of Housing 

This week our Managing Director, Paul Henry, attended no.10 for a roundtable meeting with the Prime Minister, alongside housing leaders, to discuss driving forwards housing delivery in the UK. The meeting sparked engaging discussions on what interventions can be made to speed up the planning process, remove barriers to housing delivery, and focus on upskilling the workforce.

Paul shared “As Chair of the Kent SME Developer Network, I was proud to represent Esquire Developments, and it was a privilege to ensure that the SME industry voice was heard at the meeting. I’d like to personally thank Keir Starmer again for taking the time to engage at this level with us, and we hope this leads to further discussions with senior government peers and advisers in order to set into practice a number of suggestions made.”

It has been a positive week, and Esquire are excited to strive for improved housing delivery that can be accessible for all.
