Esquire Celebrates 2 Completed Kent Developments

It has been a fantastic start to the year for team Esquire, with not only two new developments launching, but two of our Kent developments have also completed their final sale – meaning we have 65 new happy homeowners!

Hill Farm and The Hollies both launched in 2022, and quickly drew attention due to their desirable locations and mix of house types.

The Hollies located in High Halstow, was a select development of 35, luxury 2–5-bedroom family homes, including two homes on the First Homes scheme.
