Land and Planning
We are continually looking for opportunities to develop new housing schemes that complement existing communities.
We are continually looking for opportunities to develop new housing schemes that complement existing communities.
We have an excellent track record for identifying suitable land opportunities, securing planning consents and delivering exceptional award winning homes. We strive to deliver schemes that not only display our ability to create beautiful places to live, but to also complement existing communities and reflect landowner aspirations.
We have a dedicated and highly experienced in-house land and planning team that have unrivalled local knowledge of Kent and the South East and the local housing market. We have formed excellent relationships with the local planning authorities we work in and work collaboratively with local communities to bring forward well designed and respectful developments.
As an SME, we are totally flexible in our approach to land agreements and the terms of any potential contract. Our strategy is naturally to ensure the best possible success of planning permission and therefore take a flexible but tailored approach to a site, including the opportunity for short term planning applications, or long term local plan allocations. We are also flexible in what we develop a site for and are happy to look at sites from 2 to 200 dwellings including uses such as children’s nurseries, offices or other community asset buildings.
If you have land with planning permission or believe that your land may have some development potential we would love to hear from you.
No matter if you are an individual, a group of neighbours or a business owner, please get in touch and our vastly experienced land and planning team can advise you on any potential development opportunities that may be available to you.
