As an SME developer building approximately 120 homes a year, we breathe an air of flexibility into the entire process, from land purchase, to design, build and sales. More than 95% of our homes are sold off-plan before the build is complete, and our homes and business have been nationally recognised as award winning.

We are also at the forefront of improving the quality of housing in this Country and played a key role in the formation of the Kent SME Developer Network in 2019. We are helping elevate planning processes and encouraging and supporting new SME developers to the table and quietly transforming the art of property developing in the local authorities that we work within.
