Team Esquire Bring Home 2024 WhatHouse? Award
We are ending the year on a high after being crowned the Bronze winner of the ‘Best Medium Housebuilder’ category at the prestigious 2024 WhatHouse Awards. After winning Gold for ‘Best Small Housebuilder’ in 2020, we were excited to have achieved success in the larger category, which is aimed for developers who build 100-999 homes a year.
Held at the luxury Grosvenor Hotel on Park Lane in Mayfair, London, the daytime event saw over 1,300 attendees, in-keeping with its title of the ‘Oscars of the housing industry’. The day began with a champagne reception, followed by a sit-down meal before the awards ceremony hosted by renowned Actor James Nesbitt. The Esquire team enjoyed our own table of 10, amongst other developers, contractors and suppliers of the housing industry.
Directors Paul Henry and David Braddon said “We were so proud to accept the Bronze award for Best Medium Housebuilder at the WhatHouse Awards 2024, it’s a huge achievement for everyone here at Esquire and a memorable milestone for the company”
They continue “After winning Gold for Best Small Housebuilder four years ago, we knew we wanted to have our chance to be recognised again, to demonstrate the growth that we have had in those last four years growing our team to over 50 and expanding outside of Kent, so to come away with a win is a great way to end the year. We are looking forward to 2025 more than ever.”
We are now set to embark on an incredible 2025, with construction continuing at our recently launched, prestigious development Arundel Gate in West Sussex, but also four new developments will be launching in Kent, located in Cliffe Woods, Maidstone, Rainham and Benenden.
More information will available soon for the sites in Cliffe Woods and Rainham, and prospective buyers are invited to register their interest on all new developments to be the first to know.
